Overview

KIDSTREET operates an indoor playground in San Angelo, Texas for children ages 1–10. By entering our facility, using our website, signing a waiver, booking a party, purchasing a membership, or placing a snack bar order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

This page is maintained by KIDSTREET as app-owned content. It is not a legal certification or independent verification by any third-party platform.

These terms form an agreement between you and KIDSTREET. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or enter the facility. A responsible adult (18 or older) must agree on behalf of any children in their care and must supervise children at all times while inside the playground.

KIDSTREET provides indoor play, private party rentals, snack bar service, and optional memberships. General admission hours are:

• Monday – Friday10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Hours may change for holidays, private events, or maintenance. We post updates on our website and social media.

• Every child and adult must have a current signed waiver on file before entering the play area. Waivers are valid for one year from the date signed.
• A responsible adult must supervise children at all times. KIDSTREET does not provide one-on-one child care.
• Children must follow posted rules and staff instructions. KIDSTREET reserves the right to ask anyone to leave for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
• Use of the playground is at your own risk. KIDSTREET is not liable for minor injuries that are an ordinary risk of active play.

• Party reservations are for a 2-hour session. A 30-minute cleaning buffer is reserved after each party so the next event can start safely.
• A party reservation is only confirmed once it is paid in full or a 50% deposit is paid at the time of booking. Unpaid holds are not guaranteed and may expire.
• Party deposits and final payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will try to accommodate you based on availability.
• The remaining balance can be paid online at any time before the event or on the day of the event at the facility.
• Party packages include the number of children listed. Additional guests may be allowed for an extra fee based on the package and facility capacity.
• KIDSTREET may cancel or reschedule a party due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control. In that case, we will offer a reschedule or refund.

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is added to snack bar orders and party reservations at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Memberships are billed monthly and provide unlimited general admission and other perks described at sign-up. Memberships are per family and may cover multiple children in the same household.
• You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
• KIDSTREET may change membership prices or perks with notice before the next billing cycle.

KIDSTREET sends text messages only with your explicit consent. You opt in by checking the text-message consent box on our online waiver, by confirming consent with staff at check-in, or by texting KIDS to our business number. Consent is never required to visit, book a party, or buy anything. By opting in you agree that:

• Messages are transactional only — not promotional or marketing.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity (about 1–3 messages per visit or reservation).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Your mobile number is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KIDSTREET's total liability for any claim related to our services or facility is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this page with the effective date. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
